How To Handle Emergency Treatment As A Lash Artist

How To Handle Emergency Treatment As A Lash Artist

In the process of appllying eyelash extensions, the eyelash artist will have some unexpected situations. At this time, we need to test the professional processing ability of our eyelash specialists. Today, let's talk the necessary emergency treatment methods for eyelashes!

1. Tears during the doing lash extensions process

Stop immediately, use a paper reel cotton swab to absorb the tears from the corners of the eyes, and then use a hair dryer or a hair ball to blow dry. This will prevent tears from spreading to the glue joints and wetting the glue that is not completely dry. Then check whether the eye patch is attached to the eyelid. If the eyelid is stuck, it will cause tearing and uncomfortable tears. Adjust the eye patch in time.

2. Glue drops on the skin

If you accidentally drip the glue on the skin, do not wash it with water or wipe it with a wet paper towel. The glue will instantly solidify and damage the skin when it meets with water. Solution: Use a magic wipe that does not drop the floc and does not snag, wipe the glue at a constant speed, and soak the glue dry. Then apply the mascara to soften it, wipe it with a dry tissue after one minute, and then clean it with a wet tissue.

3. Eyes sting during applying lash extensions

During the process, the customer's eyes are not completely closed, and the gas evaporating from the glue will float into the eyes, causing irritation. Solution: Check the angle of the eyelid lifted by the tape. Whether the lifting is too large and the eyelid is exposed, adjust the tape in time.

4. During the grafting process, the customer's eyelids are shaking so badly that they cannot be grafted

Cover an eye patch above the eyelids to make customers feel safe and avoid tension. The eye patch will also provide a certain degree of fixation.

5. the lash extensins remover flows into the eyes

Do not wash with water right away, as this will allow more of the gel remover to flow into the eyes. Solution: Lift your eyelids with your fingers, wipe up with a cotton swab and dry makeup remover, wipe off the glue remover, rinse with plenty of saline, and finally wipe with a cotton pad.

The above are some unexpected situations that may occur during the process. Eyelash artists must enrich their professional skills, so as to provide customers with professional eyelashes experience!
