1. Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Change your mind? No problem. The refund amount depends on the status of your order:
Status A: Not Yet in Production
If you cancel before our factory starts processing your order:
✅ 100% Full Refund (No fees deducted).
Status B: In Production (But Not Shipped)
If the factory has already started manufacturing your items:
✅ Shipping Fee: 100% Refundable.
❌ Production Cost: Non-refundable (This covers materials and labor already used).
2. Returns (After You Receive)
If you are not satisfied with your lashes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
