Customer satisfaction is always at the top of our list here at Fadlash. To provide a better shopping experience, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, so you can shop with confidence.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Unopened & Unused Items
If you're not completely satisfied with your unopened, unused products in their original packaging, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Due to the hygienic nature of lash extensions, adhesives, and other personal-use beauty products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged — see below.
Quality Issues, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product with quality issues, a manufacturing defect, or if we sent you the wrong item, we've got you covered — no exceptions. You're eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement/exchange
In these cases, return shipping is on us. Simply contact our support team with photos of the issue, and we'll provide a prepaid return label or arrange the best solution for you.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Contact Us — Email info@fadlash.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for return.
2. Get Approval — Our team will review your request and provide return instructions (and a prepaid label, if applicable).
3. Send It Back — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
4. Refund or Exchange Processed — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send your exchange within 7 business days.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Quality issues, defects, or wrong items shipped: Free return shipping, covered by Fadlash.
- Change of mind / no longer needed: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size, curl, or style instead of a refund? We're happy to help — just let us know in your return request, and we'll process your exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll resolve this quickly with a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Lash adhesives & bonders
- Opened lash trays or individual lash extensions
- Lash glue remover / cleansers
- Any item marked as "Final Sale"
These items can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.
