💖 Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is always at the top of our list here at Fadlash. To provide a better shopping experience, we have refined our return and exchange policies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided that items remain in their original packaging.

📩 How to Return

To initiate a return, you MUST first contact us via email: info@fadlash.com 

You may choose one of the following refund options:

  • Store Credit – No restocking fee, and your next purchase is easier!
  • Refund – Monetary refund back to your original payment method (10% restocking fee applied).

💰 Refund Deductions

  • Express & international shipping costs and third-party fees are non-refundable.
  • If you paid for shipping, that cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your order had free shipping, $19.99 will be deducted to cover shipping.
  • Refused international packages and automatic returns incur a 50% restocking fee.
  • The return shipping cost must be covered by the buyer.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving your return. Please allow up to 7 more business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

✅ Eligible Products

  • Items are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unused, unbroken).
  • Items are in their original packaging.
  • Items are returned within 30 days of delivery.

❌ Ineligible Products

  • Lashes that were used.
  • Broken packaging.
  • Damaged items or altered condition.
  • Custom or wholesale orders.

Ineligible products will be returned to you at your cost. We are not responsible for lost returns.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery for all eligible products (see eligibility above).

  • A 5% restocking fee applies to exchanges.
  • If the exchange item(s) cost more, we will contact you for the price difference.
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the original item is returned.
  • The return shipping cost must be covered by the buyer.
