7 Steps to Apply DIY Lashes

7 Steps to Apply DIY Lashes
1. Adjust the width of your false eyelashes

Before applying glue to your lashes, you'll want to make sure the false lashes will fit the width of your eye. Place the false lashes on your eyelids and trim off any excess.

False eyelashes that are too long will not look natural when you put them on, so trim the length of the lashes first as well. Of course this will depend on your personal preference. If you like them long, then you don't need to trim them. The lashes should extend beyond the outer edge of the eye. Trimming your lashes to a different length will look more natural.

2. Squeeze a thin line of eyelash glue into the inflexible hand
Then apply the outer edge of the false lashes to the glue. Alternatively, you can apply the glue directly to the false lashes. Allow the glue to dry a little before applying it to your eye lashes.

Place the false lashes on the eyelid, positioned as close to the real lashes as possible. The false lashes should be applied right on top of the real lashes, corresponding to the lashes a little bit from the outside towards the corner of the eye.

3. Let the glue dry naturally
You do not need to press the false lashes with your hands once they have been positioned in place.

4. Apply mascara to the false lashes
This is to make the real and fake lashes blend together and will look more natural. Brown, black, and dark gray mascara will work.

5. Draw liquid eyeliner on top of your lashes
Make sure to coat the gap between the real and fake lashes so that it looks more natural. You can use black, brown or dark gray for eyeliner.

6. Use makeup remover to remove false eyelashes
Dip a cotton swab into a bit of makeup remover then gently wipe the eyeliner area. Let the makeup remover sit on the eyeliner for a while before gently pulling the false lashes off.

7. finish!

Tips
Before applying false eyelashes, let the glue on the false eyelashes dry for 15 seconds before wearing them.

Be sure to remove your false eyelashes before going to bed to avoid irritating your eyes.

Apply false eyelashes in a bright place.

Apply eye makeup before applying false eyelashes.

Regardless of the type of false lashes, apply them starting from the outer corner of your eye and working inward.

Once the glue has dried, apply a little mascara

Fill in the gaps between the real and fake lashes with eyeliner for a more natural look.

If you want to reuse your false lashes, be sure to clean them thoroughly and store them properly. Use a cotton swab and eye makeup remover to clean off the glue, eyeliner and mascara. [3] Store your false eyelashes in their original box.

Warning
If you accidentally get glue or makeup in your eyes, please understand to rinse it off with warm water.

Wash your hands well before applying false eyelashes. You can also use tweezers to apply false eyelashes.

Do not share false eyelashes with others to avoid bacterial infection.
