At Fadlash, we are committed to providing you with premium quality lashes. Since we operate directly with our factory to ensure every tray is freshly manufactured, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our production team.

1. Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Change your mind? No problem. The refund amount depends on the status of your order:

Status A: Not Yet in Production

If you cancel before our factory starts processing your order:

✅ 100% Full Refund (No fees deducted).

Status B: In Production (But Not Shipped)

If the factory has already started manufacturing your items:

✅ Shipping Fee: 100% Refundable.

❌ Production Cost: Non-refundable (This covers materials and labor already used).

2. Returns (After You Receive)

If you are not satisfied with your lashes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

3.How to Start a Return

We make it easy. Just send us your order number and a photo of the product (if applicable).
